I've got a 2014 2500, can't seem to find a tuner that'll do anything with a DPF delete...think the process might be a bit over my head right now anyway but I'd like to get some better sound out of that 6.7. I was thinking about swapping the muffler or deleting it all together, does anyone know if that'll make a difference or is the cat/dpf responsible for that lack of exhaust note we all love so much?

 

The muffler on the 6.7L is a straight through design so no gains there. All the emissions crap in the exhaust system is what keeping it quiet.

There is no muffler on your truck. At the roll-out for the 2013.5 trucks in Columbus IN by Cummins/Ram. Ram pointed out with the new SCR system that the DPF filter was adequate for the sound abatement treatment in the exhaust system.
