Probably not because the ecm, tipm and instrument cluster are all tied into each other, then you have the sentry security system (unless you didn't get that option) that would prevent the truck from starting because it doesn't recognize the ecm. You would more than likely have to transplant every single module that is part of the 2012 ecm to get everything to possibly work. Definitely not worth the hassle.
