What might I see for MPG?

I'm fixing to take the truck in my sig on a 2400 mile round trip from Kansas to Perdido Key, Florida. It will be running on all highways and interstates while trying to keep the speeds as much around 70-80 mph to conserve fuel. I won't have a trailer in tow, just a full bed with luggage and the kids junk for the beach. They're will be 5 of us in three cab, one of which is a small boy, the rest are adult sized. I'm asking opinions, specifically from those of you with 2014's & 2015's who may have already done a long road trip with your CTD/Aisin tranny combo. For less drag help I installed a semi hard bed cover that can roll up if needed. I'm hoping that will serve two purposes, keep our gear dry, and keep the wind drag to a minimum. As I said before, I'll be running between 70-80 mph most of the way. What might a new truck with about 5k miles on the motor see for a all highway MPG if I drive it for good millage?? T I A

I don't have 2500 miles on mine as yet, and you don't have a sig showing, but I was getting 17-19 on the first 1200 miles.
