for what issue? there are many TSB's as they are only Technical Service Bulletins to aid in a repair

They list them all in the turbo diesel register magazine each quarter, by number and what they apply to, as well as what work is advised. All back issues are online to members. I was given a membership with my truck purchase, and I am sure I will renew when time comes. You might consider joining. Hope this info helps, Bill Green
