Spring pack

Hello all, new here. Thanks for letting me in.

I am thinking of pulling a couple of the spring shims out of the spring pack on my rear axle to lower the back end,. Two will get me over an inch, and help with my 5th wheel box clearence. My question, does anyone have any idea of the torque when retightening the u-bolts?

Thank you!

Welcome to the DTR!

Post up some pics of your truck. Assuming it is a 4th Gen here is the torque spec you are looking for.
