Oil leak

So I have a 2010 3500 with the manual transmission. I have oil on the back of the oil pan that is being blown back on everything behind while going down the road. I've noticed a dent from a rock i suppose but the leak i believe is from the gasket. No oil on the engine block above the pan. The bolts are tight
What I'm asking is does anyone think this might be a rear crankshaft seal? I don't see any oil on the flywheel teeth and the clutch is not slipping. Also I"m wondering if I should replace the oil pan? It doesn't look too difficult to get at.
Thanks for any advice .

I had a small rear main seal on my old truck ( manual transmission ) When I asked the guy who pulled my transmission out to put a new seal in , he recommended not to . He said that they all leak a bit . Replacing might make it worse. I suspect that he had to do some warrantee work on rear mains in the past and was reluctant to do it again . I lived with it . I had the same issue, it leaked and dripped on the rear of the pan. Never cause a clutch issue. Probably not what you wanted to hear .
In the past , I have super cleaned the area of a leak then each time I drove it I would go underneath with a flashlight to determine exactly where the oil was coming from .
