Anyone know how to reset the message

turn key on, do not start motor, pump skinny pedal 3 times, turn key off...

A new rooki at a oil change place did that but with the motor running. Full pedal down three time's. You should have heard the motor rivit up. I'm gladd that it wasn't my truck.
