G56 jumps out of reverse

My son's 2011 G56 is jumping out of reverse, after a search I found one instance and it brought up a TSB #21-006-06 http://dodgeram.info/tsb/2006/21-006-06.htm
in the TSB it says to replace the reverse gear synchronizer assembly. My local dealer says that TSB is not applicable to the 2011. Just wonder if anyone else has had problems jumping out of reverse? The truck is parked as it's not usable the way it is.

I had problems with reverse when i first got mine. new it was a real pain to get all the way in. i finally gave up being nice and just slam it in there. and that seamed to work. now with 60,000 miles it goes in a little easer buy still not as smooth as an nv56. which is what i want to swap in some day.

His 2011 has been good especially since we installed the SB 3250 DD clutch, the truck has over 200,000km (125,000 ml) and he needs to replace it, it's beat, but not much out there other than a factory order, which he has done but no date yet so not sure if it's even started. I've been trying to find a crew cab and chassis as I thought he might get one quicker even in a 45 or 5500 but no luck so far.

Is the nv56 more durable or just smoother?
