AISIN trans vapor??!!?

Brand new 2016 DRW with Aisin and 3,000 miles. I have always driven manual transmissions and this is my first Auto. I towed my horse trailer for 40 miles or so and pulled into the parking lot and decided to check my automatic transmission fluid. I left the truck running in Neutral with emergency brake on, level ground. I noticed when I went to pull dip stick that once in a while there was a LITTLE vapor coming out of the dip stick tube. Did the same in park or neutral. Trans was at normal operating temp of 167 degrees and hottest it has ever got is 177 pulling a grade. Trans is shifting perfectly and from what I can see the fluid level is normal. Is the tiny little bit of vapor ( Not smoke, just a little vapor) normal???? I assume so since it has never over heated.. Loving the new trans and it has " Learned" my driving habits. TOW/HAUL was very aggressive when absolutley new and has since really smoothed out and I love it.. Had I not checked my fluid on a whim I would have never even noticed the vapor.. THanks !!!

Spoke to a trans engineer. Said when trans cools it pulls in air through vent tube. Since its been raining and humid here it sucked in some moist air and the moisture was burning off. But I am going to take a sample and send it in just for peace of mind.

Seems pretty normal to me, just a little waft of smoke, not rolling coal.

Seems to me I can recall most autos doing that when they're hot (operating temp).
