Replacing Valve body in 2010 Ram 3500. Installed new valve body and now dash reads Reverse. I double checked Lever position on valve body all was as it should be. I even reinstalled old valve body it still reads reverse. If I turn key to on position foot on brake the transmission does shift but dash still reads reverse and doesn't change. need some help with this one.

 

Turns out it was a code thrown during Plugging/unplugging solenoid. Cleared code all's well. Embarrassed that I didnt think about it before posting.
