4th Gen Longevity?

Alright gents, been a long time since I've been here, or owned a Cummins for that matter. But, time to get back into one. I'm looking at a 2014 with about 330K miles on it. It's deleted, not sure for how long, but it's a one owner truck, so I'd guess right around the time the warranty expired. I've had 12 and 24v trucks, never a CR (though family has, but never this new). What kind of issues should I be looking for, or expect in the coming months? I don't drive much, certainly not 40K miles a year like the previous owner (maybe 10k). There's no signs of a tuner, but I'm sure being deleted, it's been tuned.

The chassis I can handle... more curious about engine/trans/transfer-case. It's a 2500 4x4.
