22 Ram 4500 Rear Vibration

This is my first post so hopefully I posted in the correct section. I purchased a new Ram 22 4500 6.7 4x4 Limited with 12 ft aluminum skirted flat bed and hit the ioad for 60 miles (back roads 65 mph for 60 miles) and didnt notice any vibration...then hit the interstate and it immediately threw a rt outside wheel weight (I heard it hit the bed and pulled over). I noticed a pretty bad vibration 72+ MPH for the nest 700 miles( I honestly do not remember the vibration before the weight flew off) as I had just hit the interstate. I called Ram dealer and they told me they couldnt balance the 19.5 wheels/tires (Hankook 225/70/19.5) so I took to a reputable tire shop that said the could and had them road force balanced. Took on a test drive and still noticed the vibration at 72+..brought back and told them to put 4 new Michelins on the rear with straight thread, rebalanced (tech said they balanced out great) took on another drive and was better but vibration still there. Took to another local shop, they recommended bead bags in the tires but I opted for another road force. Rebalanced and I vibration is more noticeable ( I feel like the first shop gave me a better balance) Either way the truck has abnormal vibration in the rear at 72-81 that is really annoying...I left the Hankooks on the ft as I have zero vibration or shaking in the ft wheel and they appear to have a correct tap on weight that fits well..The factory weights on the rear were incorrect for the wheels as I could pull them off by hand, hence the reason the one flew off. Any help would be appreciated as the dealers I have called cant assist as the do not have the equipment to balance the 19.5s and being booked 30 days out to even look at the vehicle..I have spend 2700 trying to resolve on my own and it seems that even changing the tire didnt really help with the vibration. Has anyone else had this issue. Any help would be appreciated..Carl

Did you ever get a resolution on this problem? I have a 24 Ram 4500 with the same issue. It is a cab and chassis with a wrecker bed on the back.
