Pto Operation In Neutral

Pto Operation In Neutral
Greeting All,
I have been reading all of the upfitter information and it only lists PTO operation in "PARK" and "DRIVE" as options. Is there any information available to make the PTO operate in Neutral.
I have a feeling I should have waited for a manual transmission to come available instead of getting the Auto but there were just none available and I did get a very good deal on this two year old NEW truck.
