Oustide wear on the tires?
My dad has a 4500 and he is getting heavy wear on the outside of his tires. Been to the dealer several times and they can't fix it for some reason. Anyone know about this problem? They recommended a bumper replacement for more weight on the front end. After a replacement bumper and the extra weight he is still having problems. Solutions? Ideas? What the heck is going on? Thanks

If they are the stock G 622's I had the same problems as you listed.. I did not get any kind of millage out of them either..
Are you aware of the left outer tie rod recall on the units?

is it outside of steers only? Driving style. driving heavy into corners will do that. and I know 2 F450 service trucks at our shop have goodyear G622 each unit has 100,000 kms on those tires. and they are ok still. getting close to replacement though. each trucks weights at least 14,000 lbs every day.
