Dyno # on 07.5

Put my truck on the dyno yesterday. Only modification to it is the butterfly valve removed.
280hp / 560tq
Now to get the DPF out and see what it is and then on from there.

That good since its only rated at 305.

Yes that seems kind of high should have been 250's by what most people say you lose in drivetrain.

This is a Cab and Chassis. They are rated at 305/610 the regular pickups are 350/650.
After talking to some of the guys who dynoed they feel the dyno # were right on.

Put a Hypertech Max on and also had the DPF removed.
Stock 296hp 567tq
Stage 1 309hp 602tq
Stage 2 348hp 675tq
Stage 3 373hp 733tq
At www.hypertech.com their dyno on a 07cc.
Stock 268hp 508tq
Stage 1 291hp 546tq
Stage 2 335hp 615tq
Stage 3 367hp 685tq
My truck starts +29hp ahead and ends +6hp ahead
My truck starts +59tq ahead and ends +48tq ahead
Why's the hp not there on?

Just an up date I moded my turbo a little and added a TS MP8 on top of the Hypertech Max
Stock truck with new turbo. 296hp 568tq
Just the MP8 turned to max. 383hp 727tq
Hypertech Stage 3 only. 378hp 749tq
Hypertech Stage 3 and MP8 turned to max. 451hp 888tq

what did you do to your turbo ? the reason i ask is because you saw no gain at stock level from whatever you did. Nice numbers though, didnt know the hypertech on the 6.7's made them put out decent numbers. 2nd gens were just a dog with a hypertech.

Opened up the intake side some. Most turbo's don't make a difference when stock.
I did pick up 5hp and 16lbs of tq on the hypertech stage 3 and about 50deg. cooler on the egts.
