I have the HID lights and just love the amount of light that they put out and will never go back the OME's.

My problem is that when I turn them on one of my radio stations goes a way like it is to weak to catch. As so as I turn them off it comes back really strong. This only happens on one station that I know of. Has anyone else had the same kind of problem?

 

Check your grounds on the lights. I would try a different ground location.

 

They are grounded to the fender on driver side. I made sure that it was a good ground. But I will recheck.

 

the hid send out a strong signal that desensitizes the radio. try installing a 0.01ufd capacitor between the power lead and ground on each ballast keep the leads as short as possible

High Intensity Discharge lamps. MUCH brighter than halogens, run cooler, and use less power.
