Mine had the Sirius Radio from the factory.
I have XM in my car.
I prefer the Sirius over XM for my taste in music and selection.
Better programming and less junk/commercials to listen to.

I've worked in the car stereo business for years. When XM came out they hit all the major retailers and gave the installers free XM equipment to test. They wanted us to spread the news
and show people how good it was. I loved my XM for years. When I bought my mega cab
it came with one year of free Sirius. I thought I was not going to like it. BOY, WAS I WRONG!!!
I cancelled my XM subscription almost right away. I will never go back to XM.
The music selection is so much better. My favorite (since I was a child of the 80's) is CH.23 Hair Nation, nothing by 80's hair rock bands.

I had Sirius and got rid of it, just didnt use it that much. A few months later I had to ride around with a guy who had XM and he listened to Opie and Anthony all the time. I had to get XM after that, if it werent for them I would probably have neither as I do not travel much anymore. But that show is halarious and when I have the chance Ron and Fez are on after that which is also very good. I have never been a big Howie fan so there is really no comparison.
