Well the dealer has finally got all of the parts to repair the hack job done to the interior of my truck by a half wit glass contractor >. To be honest, I am a little nervous about the repairs. I just hope the body shop does a good quality job so I can put this mess behind me, and move on to a better chapter.

 

Good luck! If I remember correctly it's been a while since you had that hack job on the back window?. It took this long to get the dealer to take care of it? :-Steve

 

Yes it has been abouth three weeks since this situation occured. I was told that when the parts came in, I would be receiving a call to set up my appointment. Well it seemed like it was taking an awful long time to get parts, so I got impatient and called. Sure enough the response was "Oh yeh those parts came in last week, when would you like to schedule your repairs." > I almost said last week when my parts had arrived, but I held back. I just want this to be over so I can move on to a better chapter. To top it off, the window leaks. I don't know why that doesn't suprise me. So I dropped the truck off this morning and was told that it would be done before the end of the day. Guess what they told me when I was getting ready to leave work and hadn't heard from them yet? "Well we were pretty busy today and just got it in, it is not going to be done today." :-X > I give up. I just can't win :'(
