Ive tried to get my wife to drive my truck, as Id feel safer with her driving that to work rather than her POS Hyundai accent.. but her car is so dinged up, it scares me to think of her driving it. It is just a thing, and I know that, but she won't drive it because the tow mirrors are too big and stick out to big, it too big and long, and its a 6 spd, and she can't drive a manual. That being said.. Ive got a dent in the door, from the stupid neighbor kids, that needs fixed, so Im not really all that worried about her denting it.

She doesnt have keys to it, doesnt want keys to it, and is happy as a passenger. Hell, she still gives me looks of awe when I bac it into compact parking spots between the lines with no problems.. and I like that

The sad thing is, she may not know what happened. Depending on how bad it is, of course.

Hey DZ04,
You took the words right out of my mouth. It's a never ending saga here also. I've come to realize they don't have the same sense of vehicle pride.

You're right Cin, some do. I have seen some cars that the wife does all the detail work, even the hubbys truck, it's just not that common. You stand out from the crowd.

He goes to the Corvette garage here in Lubbock. THey told him the magna was better than a vortech or ATI because there is no lag, however the others produce more top end. 500/500 huh? He will love that. Did you have to get anything more than a hood?

you're one in a few billion trust me. If I had a dollar for every girl I had to show where her dipstick was I'd be a millionare ( I know LOTS of girls ) It is a relief when some girls will actually take the time to learn about the vehicles they drive. Mine's getting better
