honestly I can't complain . . . other than replacing the compressor at 30000 miles . . . it blows cold all the time . . . I just did the DTR valve shutoff last weekend . . . now I can't run the recirc because it's so cold

Over 80k and zero problems, still blows ice cold. Wish I could say the same for the front end.

Recirc door @ about 80K

Compressor and accumulator/hose assy. @ about 95K

And I was informed that a mid-year design change occurred with the compressors.

Ever since I did that mod last year I very rarely had to go into recirc. Coming back from Oklahoma several days ago I had the interior temp down to 60 degrees using vent with the outside temp at 95 degrees in the evening, I ended up having to turn the A/C off.

I have one of these mounted on the dash. http://www.formotionproducts.com/ima...00-NEW_web.jpg

Count me in. Added some freon the other day and helped a little bit. Just does not cool like it should. I have been in diesels before and they would freeze your unmentionables off, but not mine!

Mine works alright in this truck so I have not done that mod yet but it does not work half as well as the A/C in my wife's T&C. That thing is ice cold in about 10 seconds...

i have to have my system recharged ever summer. no one can seem to find the leak - if there is one. it (refridgerant) could possibly be boiling out.

Recirc door at 8000 miles fixed under warranty. The other problem is that this thing barely keeps things cool when the temps get in the high 80s and above. The only way to really keep it cool on hot days is to put it on recirc.
