Just wondering how accurate the D/C customer service is on giving the status of a truck order. I called them yesterday and they said my truck didn't have a schedualed build date yet :'( <br><br>So then I e-mailed the dealer - he said he thought it was schueduled to ship feb 4. ??? I'm reading about all you other guys who orderd your truck after mine that have allready got them or they are on the road. <br><br>Any thoughts ???

 

I ordered mine on 12-6-2002 and it still isn't here. In fact I ordered 14 hours after Luke and he has had his a while.
My friend ordered his on 12/16-2002 and his is not here either.

It will be here when it gets here.

 

I ordered 12/31/02 and DC says it is off the last train and is waiting for the truck. I think it will be shipped by truck less than 500 miles. The dealer said it will not arrive until 2/10. It could be sooner (or later)

 

Well the dealer called me back - says it is schedualed to ship Feb. 7. My concern is that D/C told me they didn't even see it on the build scheduale - they do show my order, and nothing on it is a hang up - it just wasn't on their scheduale ??? ??? I'm hoping my dealer has more accurate info than the gal on the d/c customer service line. :-[
