What are you paying for 06

My buddy is buying my 05 from me which has 35k miles, and is loaded up pretty nice. I paid just over $34k out the door for this truck 1.5 years ago. I'll be moving into an 06, and will have just over $16k to roll into it once I complete the sale with my friend.
The 06 will cost a little more, as I had an $18k trade in credit on my last purchase, so I only had to pay tax on the remaining balance.
Is anybody buying 06 4x4 3500 SRW auto leather for 34-36 out the door? I priced one on carsdirect.com and it came it right at 36k, but I know I will get another $500 rebate since I'm a business owner, and think there should be some sort of customer loyalty rebate. What should I expect to pay for a 70k warranty like my 05 has?
The only reason I'm doing this is for tax purposes, as I saved a bundle this year on the depriciation allowance. Are they allowing this again for 2006 tax year??

Stick on mine was $46 and got it for $40. I added in the spray-in, extended warranty, undercoating, leather care and all there little fees here and there out the door at 46,600. or so. I know I paid a bit much for the add ons but it was 0% intrest so I was paying for it the same as just using cash out of pocket.

MSRP on my truck was $42.5K, Folsom Dodge (Sacramento area) came down $10K off the sticker. Not sure what your tax, DMV etc will be in NV, but I'm sure there are deals to be had. Folsom had 70 3500 CTD's in stock when I bought mine.

Salesman named Eddie did right by me...no hassle or games. Give them a call if you don't mind driving down the hill, they are right on hwy 50.

Bought an 06 3500 CTD DRW quad cab, 4x, SLT, Bighorn, inferno red yesterday, sticker was $44755. The EP $36559 and $1500 rebate makes 35059 what I paid. Dealmaker was they gave me Kelley trade-in for good to excellent right off the top for my signature truck.

Larson Dodge - Puyallup, WA. Maybe not the best deal on the DTR, but I'm very happy.

I'm going to miss that regular cab, it was very easy to park and hauled the camper very nicely with the excellenty front suspension the 2wd's have. I was really looking hard at another 2wd because I don't do offroad and really don't need the 4x, but what the heck.

I just confirmed the deal today. $31k for my 05. I'm positive the dealer here will give me a smokin deal, as my father and I bought from them last year and recieved good deals. I've always been taken care of with warranty, and I'm coming back for another truck.
I'll update next week, as I'm heading out of town for the weekend.
