What is the best leveling kit to buy for a decent price? i have an 03 and want to know what is the best bang for the buck

If you're talking just the front, any spacer is good as long as it's metal and a price you like, get some prices, IMHO I would avoid the urethane spacers.

i run the urethane spacers in mine with out problems, just remember which ever kit you choose, you will need longer front shocks then as well.i think its just a matter of preference, or how much money you want to spend.

I would go with either Carli or Kore.

I like my Kore leveling kit, can't beat the price and it comes with the Bilstein shocks.
