washer fluid

I continue to get a warning that the washer fluid is low. I filled it and it makes no difference. I think it might be frozen. Suggestions??

This has been happening to me...seemed to start when I used RainX brand with the teflon additive...
Honestly, I don't know if that is why or the sensor is malfunctioning...

I had this problem in one of my jeeps,it's probably the sensor. They were not that expensive, check the dealer and see what they are.

Does fluid come out of the sprayers when you use them?

I have used the washer fluid with rainx and no issues for the last 2-3 years

I ran it through the wash and now fluid comes out. Any idea on how to thaw a reservoir?

Either run warm water over it, or wrap a heating pad around it. Could use a blow dryer.

How cold is it? What fluid type were you using?

Worst case is you could remove the jug and thaw it inside...then replenish with better washer fluid. Done that before.
