Cab fresh air vents leaking water

So the vents on the back of my cab are leaking in water. Does anyone know where to get new vents without going to the dealer?

The way they are louvered, I wonder if one could have been installed upside down? I would also wonder if some bit of debris or something got in there?

Anyway, my best guess would be they are a dealership only item, but I could be wrong.

That's strange. I don't think I've ever heard of them leaking before.

Anyway, I can't imagine they could be very expensive.
