If I hadn't been planning on keeping my truck for many years, I would have went with forest green, or the dark red. (There's a dark red one in the photo gallery that really looks sharp). I thought silver or white would look better in the long run (photo on gallery).
My last midnight blue truck shows every chip, and fine scratches/swirl marks no matter how carefully you wash or wax it.
Ditto with the black Harley...
The silver dodge is about a year old, and still looks showroom... Just my $.02. Really, they all look good.

Flame red. That's what I've decided to go with. I was at the dealer this weekend and they had a flame red one and I drooled all over it. Now, I have to wait for a price from the dealers I'm working with and then get it ordered.

I had little choice as it was an advertised special, ended up with silver, and based upon my experiences so far I'll never buy another dark colored vehicle. The truck remained surprisingly cool during the summer and the silver seems to hide dirt fairly well.

My one concern having gotten silver is that there are a few older trucks out there where it appears the paint has delaminated and come off in chunks. Mostly when you see one of those, it is white or silver.
I would assume DC has corrected the problem by now. I wonder if Mexico allows chemical compounds in paint that the US doesn't...
