Vibration with rack and pinion

I have a 2003 dodge 3500 Cummins heavy duty SLT 2wd with rack and pinion I felt a lot of vibration going over bumps on the I 40 so I replaced all 4 shocks they were bad, I replace the upper and lower ball joints with moog and the inner and replaced the inner and outer tie rods I bought a bad new set of 6 cooper tires and still feel the vibration. My van and dakota dont feel it near as much, is this just they way these trucks are Im not looking for a Cadillac ride but it seems to vibrate too much. Anybody else experienced this?
