The vibe is a rythmic virbration that usually occurs between 68-73mph.

Nope you are getting the Harmonics of the Quad Cab there are other speeds that will do that, some speeds with all the windows down.

It feels like your ear drums are getting a cleaning. I only roll all the windows down when I am going less than 35MPH

Yep. That helicopter booming will box your ears. But that's not the vibration. Nice steady cruise at 68mph makes a steady annoying slight vibration in the seats and floorboard.

Yeah, I believe in the owners manual it says somthing about the running with the rear windows down. I believe it tells yo that you may have to crack a front window due to a vortex being created.

That Helicopter-like humming/drone is not limited to the Dodges, my '01 Superduty did it even worse, one time I lowered the rear windows while moving at about 75 mph, the resulting low frequency vibration nearly blew my eardrums out.

Don't confuse this phenomenon with the '04.5 (and probably '05) 68 mph vibe, that's a cat of a different stripe.

We usually only open one window in the rear (so the dog can breathe), have found that the only cure is to open the front window on the opposite side. However, if both rear windows are open, you can't stop that boom.
