Upgrade lighting circuit?

Has anyone upgraded their headlight circuit (full voltage through relays) on a 3rd generation truck yet? I'm about ready to jump in but would like to know if it's going to trigger any "Bulb out" indicators or such.

mymaur,
Thanks for the guidance but the previous discussions did not pertain. I'm not talking about bulb replacement, Geno's Bright Box or other similar "add-ons." What I refer to is a standard rewiring upgrade to deliver full voltage to the stock headlamps. Here's a reference: http://lighting.mbz.org/tech/relays/relays.html
Now back to my question, has anyone performed this type of modification on their rig?
