MIRRORS on '03 Dodge

I was wondering how the specs on the '03 mirrors worked. I have just recently banged up a friends DO##E mirror and would like to fix it properly. I would like to find a diagram of replacement parts to do the job myself but do it right. I seem to have bent the plastic that holds the glass in place. can i replace that piece alone or do I have to replace the whole mirror? I have a POWERSTROKE and our mirrors are made to fall apart into three sections. the DO##E mirrors look similar but I REALLY would like an honest opinion from some knowledgable folks. this site looks like the place. Please give a guy a hand at fixing a problem for a fair price. I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks a lot.

Well powerstroke666 I'm going to let you in on a little secret. If you can't bring yourself to say the word "DODGE" rather than DO##E on our site then we may not be inclined to help out your F##D driving, Dodge wreckin, behind ;D ;D.

Now try saying DODGE a couple time's and repost your question.

Not real sure what's damaged, nor what mirror it is. A good bet is a good parts department that will flip the screen around and let you see what they see.

Also if you need to replace the mirror there are many online parts dealers that sell much cheaper. Then take the spare and sell it on eBay, shouldn't cost too much.

I think it is great customer service that Ford designs their mirrors like they do their trucks...they fall apart in pieces.

Sorry, couldnt resist. Best bet would be to go to Dodge parts department and let them pull it up and then you can see what you need.
