Best tire I've ever had. Very quiet. Sorry but I didn't buy a spare.

It should fit fine as a spare, I have a 315 bfg under the bed as a spare.
Little tight, but it fits well, even with the 5" exhaust...

Yeah, no problem with fitting in the spare tire well. I have these and all in all, decent to very good but don't last long. Good for towing, good for sand, dirt, gravel, even decent in snow, nothing outside of chains or studs is any good in ice but all in all a good tire and probably one I will consider again. However, I am disappointed in wear but on these trucks, I really don't care what some people say, nothing is going to be worth much after 35K miles. I've tried BFG, Nitto, Cooper and Toyo and by far and away, the Toyo's are the best all in all. My 2 cents worth!

Best tires I've had on the truck! I've got five of them on H2 wheels and the spare fits just fine. I also only do a four tire rotation but I've got 40,000 miles on them and they are about 2/3 gone.

Not as good on snowy roads as the 285 or 315 BFGs, but they're ok. Very quiet and no pulling. The carcass is the strongest E rated tire Ive ever seen, VERY beefy. Smooth on the highway too, as they seem to be very round and easy to balance.

I have five and the spare fits but, I had to remove my Putnam class 5 hitch first. I used to have a TT toy hauler and needed the Putnam but now I have a 5er so I removed the Putnam.

I just put them on, so not very many miles yet. So far I really like them. Make sure to adjust you ecu for the size, it made a huge difference in how my truck shifted. MPG did not change much, a little lower when not on the highway. No real loss of power, and the highway rpms dropped. I am still playing with pressure to find the best psi.

Spare fit just fine underneath. As for the rest, I only have 20,000 miles on them and I need new tires already. For the price I hoped they would last longer.

I can't believe you didn't get more mileage out of those too. I was considering switching to those next time, but if 20K is it....I guess i'll have to pass. I have 30K so far on my 35'' BFG KM2s......and should get 20K more with ease. I just wish they had the load capacity of the Toyos.

My father in law had the Toyo A/T's in a 285/70r17 on his 03 cummins and he got well over 40k on them with mixed paved/dirt/gravel. Very pleased with the tires.

I ran 2 sets on my old truck (1/2ton Chevy 285/60/18's) the first set went over 50K and the second set didn't have any appreciable wear when I got rid of the truck....

Love those Toyo's.... am currently looking at the same ones but am concerned they may not fit under my stock truck...

Nothing bad to say about them from me!
