I am having difficulty understanding the different tow ratings of trucks, I would like to know if a 2007 diesel 3500 SRW Mega cab 4X4 with a 6 speed auto is capable of towing a goose neck horse trailer with living quarters, trailer is 28' long with slide out. Trailer weight empty is 9800LBS will only haul 2 horses max at a time dealer said tongue weight is 25% trailer weight. Thanks in advance.
