I had a 95 gasser before buying my Cummins and kept some of the brochures.....so you're in luck. 
For your 1995 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4, 5.9L Turbo Diesel, automatic, standard cab PU: Max Trailer Weight - 11,900. Max GCWR - 18,000. The brochure in front of me doesn't differentiate between auto or stick for any of the rams.
