Tire pressure on Michelin LT 265 70 R17

For those of you using Michelin LT 265 70 R17 tires on 05-07 2500 quad cabs, CTD, 4X4, short box, what do you find as the best operating tire pressure for a combination of normal driving along with towing 5-6 k trailers? I know what the owners manuel says but I'm looking for advise from people who use the vehicle every day.

75 front 80 rear.

Also,I found the OEM Michelins to be good on dry pavement, & SCARY in the rain (hydroplane)

I have the BFG's since I have the TRX package, but tire size is the same.

Empty, I run 65F, and 50R.

Loaded (1/2 Cord of wood, 1300lbs), I run 65F and 70R.

I usually run 55-60psi on all four tires for the mix of hauling and everyday driving you describe.

I'm running 80 psi all around on the stock Michelins, but I tow a 6K trailer almost everyday. Truck handles well and the tires are wearing like iron. Almost 40K on them now and they look about half worn if that much.

I have been running my truck with 65 psi front & back. I like the ride at this pressure, too low and the tires feel squishy for me. I tow my boat (6500) and handles fine for me. I do not want to air up and down depending on towing, just lazy. My vote is 65 psi FYI.

I don't have an '05 but back when I had Michelins I ran them at 80psi while towing. Got better mpgs that way.

I now have scorpion atr's and run them at 75/80 (not 85).
The hydroplane issue has been resolved they also perform admirably on snow and ice. I tend to go with the pressures suggested on the tire sidewall (max 80psi)

By the way....
The manual also recommends mopar filters.
