Tire dilema . . .
Tire dilemma . . .
I have to decide by tomorrow. Going to purchase stock size 265-70-17 load range E to replace my stock Mich.
I can get Hankook ATM RF10 for $780 OTD.
I can also get Bridgestone Revo 2 for $840 OTD ($100 mail in rebate from America's Tire).
The Hankooks won't qualify for the rebate because it expires before I can get them.
I do 99% highway driving on dry pavement and occasionally tow my 10000lb 5th wheel. Which would you get?

try a set of the stock bfg's. they ware great. and like outhers have said you might be able to get a set of stock take offs cheaper. we get take off's a few times a month at my work. mostly half ton stuff thoe.
I've been watching craigslist for quite awhile. When takeoffs become available, they usually go really fast or you have to take the wheels with them. My original Michs have gone 48k, which I think is amazing. But, new ones are $231 apiece plus mount/bal/tax, etc.
I think I've decided to go with the Hankooks. I've read nothing but good things about them and I like that they have just a bit more aggressive tread for mild offroad and rain. Even without the rebate, they are less than the Bridgestones and I don't have to hassle the mail-in rebate and wait 2 months for a check.
