These? Thuren parts ? or Dodge trucks in general? Thurens have a jam nut at the heim and the heim is a threaded shaft into the tube. Loosen the jamb nut and turn the tube, then tighten the jam nuts back. On the Dodge factory steering, there are two bolts that squeeze a lock "collar" on the end of each tie rod end. Loosen the two bolts, and you can turn the threaded collar to adjust toe in or out and then just tighten the two bolts back.

Heim joints are illegal in all 50 states, not DOT approved. Most LEO's will not say anything, but get into an accident and it can be proven that it was caused by the joints failing, I hope you have good insurance!! I run them on my street legal rockcrawler along with full-hydro steering, if I get into an accident, I am really screwed!!
