Tie rod end question

Hey guys I'm looking to replace the tie rod end that connects directly to the pitman arm on the steering box. I'm just trying to figure out if they call this the inner or outer tie rod end?

Also I was going to use moog parts, I hear they are a good quality aftermarket part. Is this the general consensus?

Thanks

This is straight from the Dodge dealer site. This is how they list it, but I know NAPA and other places still have different terms for stuff.
