Bar length?

I have a 2.5" levelling kit and from what I am reading 39 1/4" from Centre to Centre is the number?

Do you measure from bolt Centre to bolt Centre?

Anywhere between 39 1/8" and 39 1/4". I personally have it set at 39 1/4" and haven't touched it since. No issues in about 35-40K miles since install. I measured from center bolt hole to center bolt hole.
