It can be... But dealers have guys washing the cars on the lots already... and we are not talking about a Detail like a first delivery car where there isn't a speck of dirt on the vehicle... just a simple wash and vacuum and dash and other hard surfaces wiped off... Just a few minutes and from my own experience the first time that happened to me, I got in the car and thought too myself, that was a very nice gesture, no one else has done that, and it kinda felt good driving out in a clean car after an oil cange... And it doe's kinda give you that driving a new car off the lot feeling...

Any dealership willing to make that small gesture and few extra minutes, will get repeat business!!!

Who ever decided on putting a leather wheel on a truck anyway. My 97 (wheel) has been carefully babied over the years but it is starting to fade. I wish it and my new truck had the ole dependable rubber cover. The new truck is actually worse because it is a light color. Now I really have to remember to remove my gloves everytime I get into the truck or the wheel will look like crap. The 93 has a rubber wheel and looks like it did new. It has had workgloves coated with grease and whatever grabbing it all its life.

I really beleive that dealers dont give a rats hiney how we feel!! Dodge doesn't so why should they! When I had my initial problems with the dodge dealer in Reno I ended up going all the way to the VP and never got any resolution. Thing that finally fixed it?? Quite going back. 10 years later my Mom made the mistake of taking her new truck there with the same horrible results!!

If you have a great dealer TELL THEM! maybe it will start to rub off on others

Well, Im gonna have to disagree with you 100% there. Allmost every dealer cares what the customer thinks. They get rated on everything. As long as the customer isnt a jackass about a deal, I can guarunte you that they care.
Some people just dont get it......

All the dealers are bad in my area. Northern Colorado. All crooks, all trying to steal as much as they can. I can say that the Cummins mechanics have a bit more pride as far as being diesel grease monkeys. The Dodge dealers have low quality mechanics. Out here and they are not capable of fixing anything right. I am bitter and have a long list of complaints. Sorry

The dealer I used to go to was good, the writer was awesome. He left, new crew came in, and it went to the crapper. Years later, I move, go to my new local dealer to get the recirc door fixed, and there he was!! They had a new box in and the truck was ready in a few hours!! Now, I go back for a bushing in the front end that sounds like granny on an old rocker, he's gone again. I hope the prob gets fixed right this time. At least they didn't wash my truck as I detailed it the day before. I gotta go in Monday to get it replaced, wish me luck! I've heard alot of good from Cerritos, but they're too far away, at least an hour with no traffic.

My dealer is very good too, after they mashed up alot of fins on my AC condeser doing an oil change ,they had the rad shop straighten them and then said if I was not satisfied they would replace the condenser. They looked OK .I now have a Kilby condenser gaurd. They also paid for an upholstery shop to firm up my drivers seat after I complained about it.They did say that they would only do it before my basic warranty was up though.
