tach needle

my gauges went goofy the other day, every light in the dash flashing gauges sweeping, etc. I disconected the battery overnight and everything went back to normal except the tach gauge is on the wrong side of the pin. Is there a sweep that I could make it do to get it back on the right side?

On an '03, if you hold in the Odometer/Tripmeter button when you turn the key to the "On" position, it runs a little test on the gauges, sweeping them all up and down and gives codes if necessary.

There is a sweep, but I think you will have to move the needle by hand.
