Not sure. Pop out the round cover with the 'shift pattern' on it, there's a nut down in there you can remove and take to the hardware store. Use some of their bolts to figure out what fits.

Do I just need to pop off the cover (4HI, 4LO, etc) ontop of the lever to remove the ****?

It is verified, some Jeep's tcase levers use the same thread pitch/pattern (M10x1.5mm) as my truck. Jeep owners use this extension piece after a body lift is installed.

I bought a bare aluminum off Ebay for $10, scuffed up the finish and used some epoxy paint.

You also also buy them prepainted from Quadratec:

Pop the ****'s top cap off, use a socket to remove the nut (metric, dont recall the size) and unscrew the **** from the post. I thought the **** was held in place by the nut, it is also screwed on tightly.

Stock:

Reinstall everything and voila!......very comfortable height, at a great level to use.

Very cool! Now if I only had a shifter to extend, dang electric knobby thingy. I would have MUCH rather had a shifter so I can go from low to high without waiting for it to decide to shift.
