Steering Box!!

Hey guys! Been towing the rig the last while. (More about that later!) My bro, With the '03 SO had a steering box go at 15000 mi. Anyone else had the same??

When you would steer to the right or left it would just keep going in that direction unless you really pulled hard back in the opposite direction. It was sort of like manual steering.

I read on one of the forums where the lock nut on top of the box loosens and leaks. I wonder if the problem was related.

Mine leaked at 30,000 no play though. I tightened the 4 top bolts and it stopped, but I had it changed before I hit the end of my 3/36000. Its been good since then.
