stack install tips
I am getting ready to cut the hole in the bed but not to sure were to put it. I am just scared of cutting the hold this is my wife truck and she will have a stroke it there is two 5inch holes in the bed so any help will be thankfull for.
Just remember the old saying, "measure twice and cut once". but in my case it was more like measure half a dozen times cut once. it can be pretty scary ecspecially when the bit starts eating into your baby! just take it slow and two sets of eyes are better than one
Measure tons of times and have someone with you to measure. Use a marker if you don't have bed liner check angles and stuff. Also get underneath and make sure you don't hit anything while cutting the hole. Most stack kits are 4" from the elbow to flexpipe so don't cut a 5" hole unless your elbow is 5". Good luck. Aaron
depending on how close you want the stack to the bed rail will depend on if you drill the bed support too.
I drilled my bed support cause I think it looks better close to the bed rail
I have a single stack write up in my sig that mat help?
