What do I have to change to put a sport bumper on my 2003 SLT? I have read that something is different? were can I buy a sport bumper? Is the rear bumper on a sport just painted or is it a plastic cover?

I don't know what you have to change, but the one I had on my '03 was not plastic covered, it was painted.

If you order the sport bumper from Dodge, you only get the metal portion. It comes primed but not painted. The plastic pieces should retrofit from your chrome bumper. All of the hardware is reusable except for two pop rivets.

Don't ask how I know.

 

Sorry I should have said Front bumper. I fund out the rear bumper is painted. I need to know about the front bumper.

 

Sorry, I assumed that you meant the rear bumper. I have had no uh, er lets say "experience" that would allow me to comment in detail on the front bumper.
