Finally I have given some useful information to this forum Untill now I have gotten alot of info from this site but never posted anything of great value or use. Glad to see you got the doorlock and the speaker going again.

 

I've got the same prob with mine, but call me dumb, I can't figure out how to get the window crank off. Any suggestions?
