spare tire size

What is the largest tire size to still mount the spare under the truck? I'm looking at 305, 315, maybe even 325's if the spare will still fit under the bed. On the stock rims for now. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure on the 3rd gen. However I do know a 33x12.5x16.5 BFG at ko will fit on my 99 2500.
