I recommend trying to replace it yourself. Its pretty easy with just a couple of hand tools. You should be able to get the sensor at any parts store...

The Abs sensor is easy to replace you will need the following tools

A jack
Set of Allen wrenches
Tools to remove the tire

Remove the tire from the truck the abs sensor is located in the hub you don't have I remove the caliper to get to it.

Remove the Allen head bolt that holds it down give it a slight twist and pull it out.

Think it's safe to crawl under a vehicle while it's supported by a jack? Umm no!
It's always a best practice to support the weight of the vehicle with a pair of quality (weight rated) jack stands.
