Read my sig. I like the new 3rd Gens alot But you guys tell me whats better on your new trucks compared to your 2nd Gens. Do you miss them or not. Basically I want someone to talk me into making a decision

i think the 3rd gens look better.

more power.

more room.

more expensive

2. Much more power

3. Much better looking

4. Much higher towing capacity

5. Definately looks much cooler

 

i have owned all ford trucks up until i got my 04, the new dodges look really good and have nice interior, before that i was not very impressed

 

My buddy with a `99 x-cab but same otherwise, just from riding in mine first commented about the lack of noise, just from normal driving, going to lunch, said mine was way faster and his has intake, exhaust, and EZ box. He also liked the room but that's XC vs QC....

I test drove several 2nd gens - big diff from the 600/610... You can drive the 600/610 like a car as far a pick-up goes.
