...........its a 04 ram 4x4..........tne little square box doesnt always go back to park,but the shifter does..... then truck wont start, shift truck to neutral, cranks right up any ideas.......thanks........kim........

haha ssandlin, saw your reply about the horn honk. Right after I changed my fluid and filter I was getting a little bit of the no park thing. I honked a few times when I jumped out too quick, oops.

Definitely try the first fix with that tab and go from there. My issue seemed to work itself out. After those few times the first day or two it hasn't happened again
