serpentine belt and jake brak

Hey,

I'm installing jake brake and need to change the serpentine belt. Problem is, bolt on the tensioner is just spinning and not moving the tensioner to get the belt off.
Any suggestions?

I used 1/2 ratchet on the bolt and that should move the tensioner.

Don understand your comment.

you just use the 1/2 rachet end on the tensioner and make sure you have a long handle cuz it has alot ot spring tension

One more thing, I have 1 black wire that comes from switch stack that for the love of God, I cant figure out where it goes to. Manual says three wires from the switch stack, but I have four (green, yellow, red and black)
